The ISS will be visible tonight across all of N Georgia again tonight! this time it is for 6 minutes! This will be one of the best nights to see it all year.
When We Can See It
Tonight starting at 6:51 will be able to see it for about 6 minutes fly across the sky. The skies will be totally clear and with sunset being at 6:33 it will be plenty dark to see it! The moon will also have no impact on it as well.
Where to Look?
This will also be a good one because it will be high in the sky. It will appear at 10 degrees above the horizon to the NW and it will go out of sight at 10 degrees above the horizon to the SE. The maximum elevation it will be tonight will be 64 degrees, so it will be almost flying directly overhead. I will be a great night to see it!!
What about the weather?
With this arctic air mass in place the skies will remain exceptionally clear tonight with no humidity at all. This means perfect viewing for tonight! Take pics and I will make a cool photo gallery on FB later tonight!
